FastStart -- LCM has been approved under the Louisiana Department of Economic Development (LED) FastStart Program, enabling it to receive assistance with custom employee recruitment, training and screening while working with local community educational institutions and entities. LCM will be hiring and training hundreds of employees--assistance from FastStart will be critical for attracting and training qualified candidates across disciplines.
